just delete your CLAUDE․md every 3 months and rebuild it from scratch the model under it changes almost monthly... it has new training, new thinking and the rules you wrote to correct the old one are most likely playing against you today (same for your skills, some of them solved problems that the current model isn't facing anymore) breaking down what you built to rebuild it better is how humans have always improved, and models happen to evolve exactly the same way
